 Let's remember that love starts with loving ourselves first.  We cannot know love or know how to love if we haven't loved ourselves first.  Love is a simple four letter word that holds so much power. The power to create a life and also to destroy a life.  Let's make sure that our lives are worth living with the love we give ourselves.
